How this is calculated
The estimate starts from the purchase price and adds each component you have enabled. Registration is calculated as 2% × sale value; mortgage registration as 0.25% × mortgage value, and only when a mortgage amount is entered.
Estimated cash required is the total acquisition cost less the mortgage amount, capped at the purchase price.

Assumptions
- Buyer sale registration fee of 2% of sale value, per the Dubai Land Department fee structure.
- Title deed fee of AED 250 and unit/villa map fee of AED 250 where applicable.
- Service partner (registration trustee) fee of AED 4,000 + VAT for sale value of AED 500,000 or above, and AED 2,000 + VAT below that, where applicable.
- Mortgage registration fee of 0.25% of the mortgage value, applied only when a mortgage amount is entered.
- Broker commission and any other costs are only included when you enter them.
- Not every component applies to every transaction; toggle off anything your structure does not include.
